How to Cancel Your Registration?

To cancel your registration for the RSSDI Annual Conference 2025, Kochi, please send an email to the conference secretariat, using the same email address that was used for your registration.
Important: Be sure to include your registration number in the subject line for easy processing.

Refund Structure

Refunds will be processed based on the following structure:

  • Cancellations before 31st January 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations before 31st August 2025: 25% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • After 31st August 2025: No refunds will be provided.

Refunds will be processed within one month after the conference concludes. The official date of cancellation will be based on the timestamp of your email request.
